1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Lumynix Solutions, a private entity dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship and innovation across India. All rights and responsibilities related to the organization, management, evaluation, and results of this contest rest solely with Lumynix Solutions.

2. Contest Title

The name of the contest is StartupContest 2025.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all Indian residents aged 12 years and above.
• No academic or professional restrictions for participation.
• Only individual participants (not teams or companies) are eligible.
• Participants can submit multiple entries, each with a ₹99 fee.

4. Entry Fee

• Each idea submission requires a ₹99 entry fee.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or through official collateral partner gateways authorized by Lumynix Solutions.
• Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Submission Guidelines

• Participants must fill out the official registration form with accurate personal and idea-related information.
• Each idea should be original, ethical, and within legal boundaries.
• Offensive, plagiarized, or unlawful content will lead to disqualification.

6. Contest Deadline

The contest will close once all 50 lakh entries have been received. After the final entry is submitted, results will be announced within 7 days.

7. Prizes & Rewards

• 1 Grand Prize Winner: ₹50 Lakh startup funding + 1 Mercedes-Benz.
• Top 10 Finalists: ₹10 Lakh each.
• Top 50 Ideas: Surprise business development gifts.

All prizes are subject to verification of identity and originality of the idea.

8. Evaluation Criteria

• Uniqueness & creativity
• Market potential
• Feasibility & scalability

Winners will be selected through a merit-based evaluation and lucky draw system.

9. Intellectual Property

All submitted ideas remain the intellectual property of the participant. Lumynix Solutions reserves the right to showcase selected ideas for promotional purposes with due credit.

10. Disqualification Grounds

• Providing false or misleading information
• Violation of any laws or contest rules
• Attempting to manipulate the contest process in any form

11. Payment Processing

All payments must be made through:

• The official Razorpay gateway, or
• An authorized collateral company payment link shared via Lumynix Solutions

Ensure secure payment to avoid disqualification due to invalid submissions.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for contest operations. Lumynix Solutions will not share, sell, or misuse participant data under any circumstances.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Lumynix Solutions is not responsible for:

• Technical errors in form submissions
• Failed or delayed payments due to third-party gateways
• Internet or device malfunctions affecting participation
